This project encompasses a comprehensive renovation of the entire first floor, encompassing the kitchen, mud room area, living room, and a bathroom. Our primary objective was to enhance functionality and aesthetics by reimagining the space, including repurposing underutilized garage space to establish a functional mud entry with ample closet space. Through this transformation, we aimed to optimize storage capacity and elevate the overall appearance. This involved installing new floors, walls, completely restructured electrical layouts, as well as integrating new cabinets, countertops, a fireplace, and various other upgrades.
