This project consisted of opening up the living room to the kitchen dining area. Raising the sunken floor in the living room to be level with the kitchen and dining area. We removed the old cabinets, countertops, backsplash, bar cabinets. In the process, we discovered some wood rot that needed fixing, and added a new step to the deck outside. We had new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash and carpenter custom floating shelves installed. New hardwood floors in the living area was tied into the existing floors at the dining area. Floors were sanded down and refinished.
