This beautiful family home was ready to expand its living space into the basement that had been unfinished for years. As well as give their already open kitchen a little facelift with a new Island and backsplash.

We took on the client's vision and proceeded to transform this blank canvas into the perfect bonus space for the entire family to enjoy. Complete with a bar, living room, guest room, kids room, playroom, and gym. 

​

In the kitchen, we installed a shiplap backsplash and custom-designed stone slab, as well as opened the Islan area, by installing a more functional and appealing counter neight Island.
