This bathroom was situated on the second level of a historic home on Northside Drive.  While, small, the bathroom presented a few sizeable challenges.

During the time in which this home was built, sheet goods such as plywood didn't exist.  The answer to crack prevention in tile was to pour thick layers of concrete below the tile.  In this bathroom, the concrete was nearly 6" thick beneath the original surface.

Once the existing finishes were removed, the new window was installed, new sandstone tile and a custom, floating vanity.

We think that the pictures speak for themsleves.
