We first met Chad a couple years ago and have had the pleasure of working with the team at The Hamlin Group, their processes lead the way to beautiful projects but what impresses us most is their attention to detail.
The details that go into changes to your home require significant foresight and deep understanding of the building process, this normally starts with space planning. The owner, Chad, is the lead architect for their projects and has been heavily involved in helping us get what we wanted.
Design and space planning go hand in hand and having an architect on staff allows this group to out perform many others in the industry. A architect isn’t necessary for all projects but if you need one for your project they must be in sync with the production team. This is one of the reasons working with the team at The Hamlin Group is the best decision.
Their work speaks for itself but the planning efforts before the project kicks off are readily apparent throughout the entire build!
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Chad Hamlin through our professional circles in the remodeling industry for about 2.5 years. Our kitchen renovation was a long time coming, and we had some definite ideas of what we wanted: a giant island, lots of stone, a clean cabinet style, “beigey” colors, much better lighting and appliances–all unlike anything we’d had before.
The Hamlin Group also had to creatively solve an issue of split-level flooring in adjoining rooms. We can’t say enough good things about working with the creative, talented, ever-patient Tene Tucker Hester with The Hamlin Group to bring the vision to reality. It was easy to be on the same page with her every step of the way.
The kitchen is beautiful and functional, the island is a dream, and the Kade cabinetry is gorgeous. RS and DB.

The Hamlin Group is super professional! Chad is very detail orientated and extremely knowledgeable. His experience not to mention his architectural background prepared him to complete elevator work on three levels of my clients house.
They are tremendously satisfied. Not only did the work turn out beautiful, It is also very useful for my client who is having mobile issues, all while increasing the value. Chad and the team at The Hamlin Group worked with us at Collective Learning Academy to create a model studio apartment. The purpose of the apartment is to teach independent living skills to young adults who participate in our Transitions Program.
Our programs are held within Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church, and it was important to insure these leasehold improvements were done with the highest quality possible and with minimum disruption to the school or church. The apartment turned out beautifully, and Chad and his team helped us make some great decisions to minimize impact to the existing church structure. On time and reasonably within budget!

This is a 5 star rated high end new construction and remodeling contractor. From the viewpoint of a craftsman and carpenter by trade for over 25 yrs, I can personally attest that this is a company, and honestly one of the only ones I’ve seen, that are truly driven and focused on the highest quality available.
This is where good enough means there’s room for improvement and “good enough” simply is not acceptable from this group. They even vacume the wall cavities before sheetrock. Who does that. Its not required, no person will ever see it or care but they do. The 6 foot rule, if you cant see it from 6 feet its standard industry good enough, is even cut in half. Its exactly as they state in their slogan, “where true craftsmanship still exists” and because you’ll never find work with their name on it that isn’t finished to almost perfection, I believe it.
Absolute perfection doesn’t exist, but you can’t get better than this.. True story. Nice work Hamlin Group. I’ll give you 5 starts for Outstanding Excellence and achievements.
