This project has been an incredible journey with the client and our design partner Kristin Jackson at Hunted INTERIOR.  This was a dilapidated ranch house in Smyrna, Ga. That was begging for a total overhaul.  Referred to us by previous clients, we were asked to help design and create a large, open concept living space and a new, larger master suite. 

 

We began with creating as builts of the space, working thru schematic design concepts and determining the best use for each area of the home.  Ultimately, we vaulted the ceilings, added energy efficient spray foam insulation, installed a double sided fireplace, and an exquisite kitchen.   We sacrificed a bedroom to create a much larger master suite. 

 

As you can see, the home owners as well as Kristin Jackson have done an incredible job of furnishing and creating “home”.  We are looking forward to being able to showing you the progress of the master suite as it is finished.

We are already looking towards phase two which will include a basement build out and possibly and addition.
