This project took place at a home that was already beautiful, but did not capitalize on the available space. Believe it or not, this project started out as a bathroom & stair renovation. Once we started the design process, the owners began to see the potential in opening the space up for their growing family. In general, the scope included relocating an existing powder room, removing an existing (enclosed) stairwell and replacing it with a new open stairwell, removing the primary load bearing support wall, vaulting the ceiling as well as kitchen, fireplace and basement renovations. This project was an incredible experience for The Hamlin Group. The home owners did a magnificent job of furnishing the space, and seem to be very pleased with the end product. We hope that you agree.
