This is one of several small commercial projects that we have had the pleasure to work on.

Our task was to give this older building an updated look, with new paint, new awning, lighting and modern signage for better curb appeal. Now that The Hamlin group has pressure washed, designed new railings, and awning, selected a modern address font and color scheme, the building is ready to rent.  Phase two of the interior will commence once the building has been occupied by a new business and their particular needs are met.
