Hi, I’m Chad Hamlin, founder of The Hamlin Group. I grew up the son of a contractor, and later became a licensed architect before turning builder. Over the years, I saw too many remodels done “good enough”, which meant rushed decisions, corners cut, and money spent without real stewardship. That never sat right with me, because my father taught me: if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.
