This now finished basement came to us as a blank slate, with partial framing and insulation complete. The homeowners had a vision to turn this basement into a full family bonus area. With a kitchenette, custom craft table built specifically for the clients needs and desires. A new bathroom, living space, and a corner for the kids lego collection and toys. Plus, beyond the pocket doors, a gym area and band practice space (not shown).

While the field team and our partners with The Hamlin group were busy framing, sheet rocking and roughing in plumbing and electrical. The homeowners were busy with our in house designer making flooring, cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures selections to finish the space.

We enjoyed making this blank space into a full use space for the entire family.
