This mid-century modern inspired home was due for a major overhaul. Built in 1953, this modest size home has a huge personality. Normally the Hamlin Group would assist with design selections; but the credit for this vision goes to the homeowners, and their designer Sean Key.

While the finished product is stunning, this house came with a lot of unforeseen challenges that our team had the task of working through. Making sure that the bones of the house were sound and secure was key. With new supports and a ton of carpentry work to shore up the walls and ceiling, our team took pride in making sure that this home would stand the test of time. Once that was secure, the Hamlin Group executed installation and at times modifications to ensure that the materials selected by the clients would work in the space given. At the end, the finished product is something we are very proud of.
